Returns & Exchanges
- Unopened Products: Full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Opened/Used Products: Exchange for different fragrance within 7 days, provided less than 25% of product has been used
- Damaged/Defective Items: Full refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt - contact us immediately upon discovery
Return Process

- We'll provide return instructions and prepaid shipping label
- Items must be in original packaging with receipt/order confirmation
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged by misuse
- Items returned after the specified time periods
- Products that are substantially used (over 25%)
